Cancellation policy for orders not yet collected

We accept cancellations and will provide a full refund if an order is cancelled more than 24hrs prior to pick-up day.

Returns policy for orders already collected

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or service contact us within 24hrs from the day of the order pick-up date. We will assess your claim and determine if we can offer a refund based on the situation. We will get back to you within 48 hours of your complaint.

Refund Method

If your order is eligible for a refund, this will be actioned via the original method of payment.  Please note that we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
